XML-Feed Format für Immobilien

Dies sind einige einfache Richtlinien für Herstellung der XML Datei, damit Anzeigen aus Ihrer Webseite bei OneKit integriert werden. Wenn Sie weitere Informationen über das XML Format brauchen, können Sie bei Wikipedia nachsehen.

Die XML Datei hat eine "OneKit" Markierung, und ein oder mehrere "Anzeigen" Elemente. Jedes "Anzeigen" Element hat folgende Felder:

url: URL der Anzeige auf Ihrer Webseite (erforderlich)
title: Titel der Anzeige (erforderlich)
type: Typ der Anzeige: “zur Miete” oder “zum Verkauf” (erforderlich)
agency: Name des Anbieters (optional)
content: Inhalt der Anzeige (erforderlich)
price: : Verkaufspreis oder Mietepreis für Immobilie
house_type: Appartment, Haus, usw. (optional)
floor_area: Fläche der Immobilie, entweder in Quadratmetern oder Quadratfuß (optional).
bedrooms: Anzahl der Schlafzimmer (optional)
bathrooms: Anzahl der Badezimmer (optional)
parking: Anzahl der Parkingplätze (optional)
address: Adresse (optional)
city: Name der Stadt
region: Name der Region/Bundesland (optional)
postcode: Postleitzahl (optional)
latitude: Breite (optional)
longitude: Länge (optional)
pictures: URLs der Bilder für diese Anzeige, siehe Information unten
date: Datum der Anzeige in folgendem Format: TT/MM/JJJJ

pictures: das ‘Anzeigen’-Element kann ein Set von ‘Bilder’-Felder enthalten, als einen Teil der ‘Bilder“-Markierungen.
Markierungen jedes ‘Bilds’-Elements sind:

picture_title: Titel des Bildes (optional)
picture_url: URL des Bildes auf Ihrer Webseite
